Is this because some1 is trying to buy a shield?

No. It's because You are using some AFK or High Ping Kicker plugin - the player have been kicked while csdm plugin was trying to determine if the user is using (or not) the shield. Try to use my beta I posted or stop using AFK/High Ping Kicker plugins.
