Map change protector....(Read on :))

Well, I was searching for a plugin which I did not found, that Automatically disables all admins map change level after a certain time left on the map.

In other words, Im requesting a protecor that restricts admins from voting/changing maps with 10 minutes left on the server until a votemap appears.

I like it:
But maybe have a scvar which enables you to specify that time in minutes like
amx_<command> <amount of minutes left to disable admin voting>

I would like something like this 2.but in my case i have many(7 admins) on my sv and I would want a plugin that disables votemap or admin_map for any admin that doesnt have ADMIN_LEVEL_A or another level if the timeleft its greater then 10min from mp_timelimit,because I only use timelimt not maxrounds.So please can somebody help :-S

You can achieve this by editing the AMX Mod X base plugins.
