[HELP] Players don't respawn and round never ends

I am running different configuration for each map and so few of my maps have autorespawn enabled.
But whenever i change on map that has autorespawn enabled, players dont respawn AT ALL and the round never ends, its like mp_ignore_win_conditions is turned on, which it isnt.
And no it is not because of the plugin, because i have tried 3 of them already, last one was even Bailopans Deathmatch. Why do you think this is?
I have adv admin commands... and idk if someone wants maybe my server.cfg here it is:

This sounds like a plugin forcing the round not to end (mp_ignore_win_conditions)

it says failed probably because i disabled it on this map.. but i dont know il look into error logs aswell now

60 plugins? Good god.

Your only option is to unload each plugin one by one, attempt to re-produce the issue, and see if the problem is solved.

But first:

- Disable SM completely and check if the problem is gone (if it isn't then it's not SM causing anything)

If that doesn't work then:

- Unload one plugin at a time (plugins that are NOT made by Alliedmodders, since there's a pretty low chance it's these that cause the problem) and try to reproduce the error

Also:

- Why are there plugins that failed to load/error out?

Because i downloaded outdated deathmatch, dm has nothing to do with this issue however.
