Hey Guys I have A problem
I have a ip on My Dedicated server this 192.168.1.242:27015 but this isnt the External ip pls help me
I have this Problem sinds I downloaded Dedicatedd server Help pls .

Google "What is my ip" and Google will tell you your IP.

but on my friend hes ip the External Ip is on His Ipp addres Balk Of dedicated srerver i wanna have my external ip on Balk Ip Adress help me pls .

You have a dynamic ip then you need to contact your hosting provider for a static one.

you must go to no-ip.com
then create an account and enter you ip then you can if you have the option set no ip in your router else download the client. the hostname on no-ip is what you use to define your ip in settings.

Only problem with this is that the Steam Server Browser does not use the hostname to track the servers. So if anyone adds the server to their favorites, it is added by IP and then will appear offline once the IP changes
