Custom nextmap with precentage usage of maps

Hi all

I have plugin for Custom Nextmap but i have see
same this plugin but there is some thing's Different
on this image:

What new on this plugin ?
- Percent of how many player vote for maps .
- 2 vote once for 7 maps second for the 2 maps won on first vote ..

Where i can find it ?
