So I was shown a plugin that lets you resize torsos and hands. I question if anyone can make a resize for feet and legs?
We almost have a resize for all parts of the body but legs and feet and maybe eyeballs i'm pretty sure arms can't be done. And I am so close to making the perfect tf2 mutated abominations

Resizing the hands, torso, and head (in this manner) are possible because Valve added ways to do so. The head size, torso size, and hand size were all added due to Valve wanting to adjust those sizes on the last two Halloween maps.

There is no reason why any bone can't be scaled.
Some engines even allow animations that scale bones in addition to rotation and origin, it's just something that is not implemented in source. As for the jigglebones not scaling... That really is something valve should fix.. Either by scaling the bones and physics relative to each other, or just disabling jigglebones when any bone on the higherarchy is scaled...

Weapons being resized is both a plugin (some guy made it but it only works for certain weapons), and is also a side effect of sm_resizehands from the Resize Players plugin (works for all weapons).

Legs and feet are not possible whatsoever, unless Valve adds in the necessary netprops/entprops/whatever they're called, and codes in the ability to resize legs and feet.
