-Added version for surf (checkpoint, stage, zone hidden/showed)
-Added 139 map cfg (timelimit,etc....)

Well I was bitching around too after an australian idiot leaked my timer for lower reasons. This timer is like a curse, greetz api now it's your curse and I'm free. Have fun, enjoy it.
