[CS:GO] Admin List with Group Support 1.0

As you can see this plugin displays in chat the name of the admin and their group. Cmd: !Admins.

That's my first plugin ever so I released it.

Opinions are welcome

Edit plugin to print only for a player. If someone writes !admins, it shows for all players and makes spam.

Change PrintToChatAll to PrintToChat.

You should edit it with implodestrings or something because this method isn't the best x_x
