now it's work fine.
but there is something happen i don't know it's a bug or what but when i die and exec the harlem shake restart i get respawned and if the bomb already planted then the restart just play the music and sound and it stoped without restarting until bomb explode or defuse :/.

some suggestion :

1. maybe if you add /vote for the harlem shake restart it will be nice.

2.wait a x time before make a restart.

3.add more than one sound that will be more fun and better so peopel not get borring with one sound ;) .

About respawned, I've added it

It respawns all players for everyone see the restart's effect.

About suggestions:

1. I like it, i'll give a try. But you mean admin command or all players?
2. Yea, thats good as well, i'll give a try.
3. The plugin will be so big, I think its not a good idea.

1. make it for both player can type something like that /rhsv ( restart harlem shake vote )
and admin can make a vote like :

amx_halrem_vote : 1.yes 2.no

and message admin yas17sin has just make a vote.

thats just suggestion you can make better ;) .

I'll not add the suggestion for make a vote for run this restart. Will be better only one command for an admin.
