rehlds amxmodx 1.8.3

For example some ZombieMod do not work.

The latest stable listed on the site is outdated. You want to look into the dev builds or master branch. https://www.amxmodx.org/downloads-new.php?branch=master

Anything from dev build on is compatible with REHLDS, as mentioned in the News section of https://www.amxmodx.org/index.php
