what do u mean by "perfect?
In my case (build 5006 in centos), the module loads fine and the meta list shows its runnig but the exploit still crashing the server. Downgrading to buid 4883 solve the problem

Because the binaries from hlbeta update have been compiled probably without fomit-frame-pointer flag so function call is direct instead of having one more register. It means it would be just a matter to fix the signature, I guess.

This is a bad fix, because if you have any unusual maps or any files, they will not download on client side! I sugess only latest build (not beta) and this module

what's the differrence between using the amxmodx plugin posted at the beginning of the topic, and setting sv_allowdownload 0 in the server.cfg file?

i have a linux 4883 hlds build, what should i do? i'd like my players to still be able to download custom maps, while the server being invulnerable to such kind of attack. is that antidlfile good for this cs 1.6 linux build? anyone tried it?

yes, i was refferring to that metamod for cs 1.5, when i asked if anyone tried it with linux 4383 build, and if it really worx.

Yes, it works perfect, and clients can still download custom maps!

OMG.. what the hell so hard for you? if you are using linux os just follow this step:
1. Use hlds linux version 4883 -- update yourself
2. Download AutobuyBugFix Plugin (Amxx plugin) -- find your self.
3. Download Anti "cmd dlfile" Module -- http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=129450

Or fix your cs_i386.so / use cs_i386.so from 5006 built.
