@ cs-portal : I get around 9000 maximum with my Intel Core2Quad Q8300 2.5GHz & 3 GB RAM . What cpu and ram do you have ?

Stop your booster, because if you on your booster it should be less than 1000 fps.

This suppose to make your server less lag right ?

he is good but i dont want to banned from this site to tell everyone who is an author.

I have up to +- 22000 fps on Amd athlon x2 6000+ 3gz core 4gb ram
windows server 2008 r2 x64

yes it doesnt make no lags at all and ping - 0. It s just for testing. to see max possible fps on your pc.
Im using standart 1024 fps/ Its enough for me.

Crywolf - stop your booster ( if you are using windows )
use -pingboost 3 under linux

I get up to 26000 FPS with mm_insane 1, it's not stable though.
With sys_ticrate 10000, the FPS is stable at arount 10000, but CPU usage is 100 %. Even with sys_ticrate 500, CPU usage again is 100%, and that just bugs me!
With mm_insane 0, sys_ticrate 3000 i get around 2400-1900 FPS, CPU Usage around 7 % with no users in the server
