can someone help me with some errors on my server, i dont know how to fix it

first error is:
[META] ERROR: Couldn't find game entity "weapon_egon" in game DLL "cstrike": The specified procedure could not be found.

second error is:
Traffic from 20.37.82.115:10346 was blocked for exceeding rate limits

first error i fixed, it was a map problem, i just removed the map and now all good. can someone help me with the rate limit error, i dont understand why im getting this error
