I found this on
hlmod forum , and it is a funny mod to play, but as its description

I tries to play with BOT but all the bot are go to TS, and only me on CTS, I'm not sure if that also apply to human players when there are more than 10 players without BOTs .
If some one can improve / edit this mod, it will be more perfect. Some ideas I can give are:
- This plugin should create its own config file
- add radar cvar on/off . Or can we make the radar cTS detect only on hit ?
- hp and speed cvar
- TS visible on jump / run / attack ??
- Knife attack cause bleeding in X seconds
- Player speed slow down by knife attack
- CT/TS ratio setting cvar
