put rank in front of name

Hello, can someone help me put the rank in front of the name when they speak by say like in the photo? that shows the rank that the player has and that of everyone

Hello, I do not use any classification system. I would like it if when someone speaks their rank appeared in front of their name like in the photo

How do you have a rank and you don't use a plugin?
