Solution was that I needded to use register_think() instead of RegisterHam() so that it hooks only specific entity with unique classname.

RegisterHam() is used specifically on a unique entity classname (it's the second argument). I would guess it's probably related to the two plugins hooking something similar where one plugin was blocking the next one from also hooking it.
