If yes then all player will be carrying same name , correct me if u are asking for a prefix before name !

I want server change the Advertising names Upon arrival to For example "This Name Is Not Allowed"

Its exactly what you want ... you need to add some ' advertising names ' which u are continuously referring here in data file for restrict names and plugin will block those names in the server and Modify that name or punish that user ( which in your case is RENAME the user ) [ PUNISHMENT Type 0 in RESTRICT NAMES plugin ]
