I've read on the forum that its because of outdated gamedata.

Where to get updated one?

get the newest version here https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
or turn on auto game update if you have sm 1.9
or do it manually by copying from here https://github.com/alliedmodders/sou.../game.csgo.txt
or upgrade to sm 1.10 and forget about gamedata being broken

I'm using SourceMod 1.10.0.6353 version and I copy gamedata and paste my server file but not working
