Ok, I've got my server. I'm checking the server output right here:

What the devil is going on here? I'm trying to work in it for almost 2 months, looking and looking for answers and nothing, and this is the first time im asking it personaly. Ok, thank you very much.
Oh... and my game is obviously counter strike
My problem is that my server doesn't figure on the server's list (INTERNET).

Firstly:

Insert the missing file.


Second:

Have router :
Go to any internet browser, and enter : 192.168.1.104 (your ip address). You will be prompted for your router's username & password... Enter those in. After that, a page should load... Click on "Port Forwarding".
Forward the port "27016" and select "Half Life".
Then it should be done.

No router:
Turn off windows firewall and if you have norton or whatever running, make sure HLDS is able to access the internet. (In other words make sure its not blocked.)

Ok, now ive fixed some things, now the output is like this:

And when i started under the GUI version:

Adding master server 68.142.72.250:27010 Adding master server 72.165.61.189:27010 Could not establish connection to Steam servers.

the hlds quick lunch properties are

"C:\Archivos de programa\Counter Strike\Dedicated Server.exe" -master -sv_lan 0 -game cstrike

I think everything is okay except from the could not establish yada yada yada, but i think something is missing on port forwarding. Here is what i've enabled on my router:

App: hlds.exe Start: 27015 End: 27016 Protocol: UDP IP address: 192.168.1.104 Enable: Yes

I'm doubting about the protocol.

Very true. But thats the only way...That I know of.

Hmm I remembered there were 2 kinds of protocol... If this one doesn't work try the other. The Start/End is correct though.

Check if HLDS is allowed to access the internet. (I know it sounds dumb but I had this b4 XD)

I had this problem along time ago too. Try to add "+ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" to your start command. Maybe it helps.

Here is my new output:

But it still doesn't appear in the server list.
I open the port 27015 in my firewall.
I've changed from UDP to UDP an TCP.
I added the +ip.
