This plugin inform a player about the area where he is located:

through under radar msgs ( like in CZ or HUD )
through radio msgs
through team chat

Commands & Cvars

nai_menu - Show the editor menu
nai_enabled - Plugin enabled?
nai_msgmode - Under radar msgs mode ( [0] - CZ Style, [1] - HUD ( Recommended ) )

Also, rather than hooking say, just use register_message with SayText message.
