I would think there's already something out there, but I can't seem to find it. So if anyone knows how to block people with private backpacks and cares to share, that would be great.

I know of a few servers that ban players for making their profile private, kind of annoying especially if you set your profile private because of games like cs:go. (if you dont know what im talking about picture this: being in low ranks with a high score, or being in low ranks with a low score with tons of time in the game. (tl;dr: people are annoying))

This is indeed a huge plus and is very necessary for TF2 Trade servers, which is why I want it. If you're in a trade server, you should be there for the server's primary purpose, to trade.

The first sign of a trade scammer is their private backpack. Next is their Level 0 Profile. I want the ability to force people to have public backpacks when in our trade servers so people interested in trading with them can see if they're legit or some 'Level 0' F2P newb who's out to scam them using one of their many alt Steam accounts.

The plugin should check their backpack status when they connect and if it's "Private", the plugin should at minimum block the player's entry into the server. Along with them being blocked, they should see a message telling them they won't be allowed on the server until their make their backpack 'Public'. It should also ban the player if they hide their backpack while already in the server. Of course the plugin could also be configured with optional results for hiding your backpack while inside the server such as kick slay or ban.

So it appears this doesn't exist. Quite surprising and unfortunate.
