As you can see there is a weird line on the right, which I am not sure how to remove or what its purpose is. Anyone know?

And what is the picture of? The "Issues with AMX Mod X" forum is for issues with AMX Mod X and its default plugins. Something like this should be posted in the Off-topic section.

Sorry about that.

The picture is of AMXX-Studio (with black background), and you can see on the right there is a white line that goes all the way from top to bottom. (I just took a quick screenshot of a small area)

It is the 'Vertical Edge' or 'Indent Guide' to help you keep you lines no longer than 102 characters.
I quickly looked over the AMXX Studio settings, and I do not find how to disable it. You can let it there,
it will cause no harm. If you are bored and hate it, you can switch to Notepad++. There, to disable it is
very easy;
