Toggle Plats Respawn Fix

.: Description :.
Another fix for entities, this time is for func_plat, if you press it once, and restart the round, it doesnt go down, not good huh? this plugin forces all platforms to go down if you pressed them once.

Good, but isn't better something like "Entities Fixer (All in One)"?
