SCP: Breach CSGO is a multiplayer modification based on the game SCP — Containment Breach from Undertow Games (2012).

A game based on the SCP Foundation's creepypasta series. The primary objective of the SCP Foundation is to safeguard the world from any and all entities, objects, or phenomena that are deemed potential threats to humanity, and thus to uphold the normalcy of the modern world.
During these events, you will have to complete a task that will be assigned to your class.

2. Are there ready maps? If not, can you force sv_tags to have "SCP"?

1. Yes, it is supported. The beta release is necessary to detect the remaining bugs
2. The link to the map is specified in the installation guide. I also duplicate it in the description

Adding a tag in sv_tags shoots up the time to search servers with the plugin to the sky.

There's an SCP that is a bowl of candies, which dismembers your hands or something if you take more than 2, can you add it?
If yes, is there / will there be a system to track limbs and them being broken or removed?

Nope this SCP is not released, maybe later.
We did a complex damage system (for example, a broken leg slowed you down) but decided to abandon it was not appropriate and too complicated
