I want to change left click knife damage to x and right click knife damage to y. Is it possible? If yes, how? Tried to find this but couldn't find it

Just a thought but couldn't you check buttons in OnPlayerRunCmd and see whether they pressed left or right mouse during the attack and then just use an SDKHook for OnTakeDamage and change damage there? Idk if there's better ways of doing it, this is just one I thought of.
