anyway I tested SetConVarString once after mapchange, so it worked perfectly (i could see server with version cvar via game-monitor right after start)

Root, maybe you should add cvar, to disable domination sound only? You know, 0 for disable plugin, 1 for disable dominations sounds, 2 for disable all dominations features. It would be very nice. Anyway - great plugin.

Unfortunately domination, revenge and nemesis sounds played at a client side, so it is not possible to mute/disable them

I haven't tried this plugin. But are you saying your plugin doesn't block the domination/revenge sounds?

Sreaper well prop offset CTFPlayer:m_bPlayerDominated both blocks sound and @DOMINATED phrase in a scoreboard
