i have NO idea what to do or what's wrong and if anyone could help i would be very happy

and if typing "sm plugins" all the timer plugins show up and i am able to say "!admin" click timer magnment, create zone, but when i click start or end zone the box just keep white and nothing happend

Are you 100% positive that your other admins (not under flag Z) are able to access the menu? Are you sure?
