I was replace some simvols:
"█" - "O"
"▒" - "X"
"░" - "_"
And this plugin start normally work on all clients.
P.S. On Windows 7 people can see more UTF-8 simvols, but some people use old Win XP and get stupid simvols...

Thanks for that. Are you sure there's nothing one can do about WinXP? I already heared of people using Win7 or Vista having squares instead of the utf8 symbols.
