I've set up everything properly i think. It couldn't be simplier as I am using http://hlxcehost.com/, they set up everything for me.

But ... No respond for any commands in game or anything in chat.

What do the daemon logs show?

I cant get to deamon. On this website they configure everything i simply have to paste the logon to the server.cfg. And of course add plugins to the server itself. What should my sourcemod folder look like? What are the basic plugins for displaying stats in the game? Maybe I've done something wrong there. I am using gameservers.com so i doubt the server is blocking anything ...

Same problem for me with the same host, but I used it like now a full year without problem... It's since the patch of May 15 on Team Fortress 2, the plugin as stoped working, (we cant use /rank or anything else) but on the web panel everything still work correctly...

Then contact their support team for assistance. If you can't get the logs, we can't help you since we don't know the problem

Their support is not responding for any msgs. I guess I have to guess what's wrong ... And there is no way to install it by myself. So I guess it would be better to play without stats

The only thing I can suggest then is to double check the RCON password and the logaddress_add
