Check your server or console to make sure that mp_logmessages is actually set to 1.

It is on "1" but if someone say something, i cant see it in the console. I dont really know ... It MUST work...
I typed "hello test" but there is nothing in the console...

Restart your server and then type this command in the server console and show us the output

cvarlist mp_log

Try enabling mp_logecho.

I set it to 1, restartet the Server, joined the server and wrote "test", doesnt work. no message in the console...

Oh my god. I solved the problem. Somone made a plugin. If you are an Admin or a normal player on the server, you will get a "namesyntax" like this:

[Admin] keviN :y: or [User] keviN :y:

So i disabled this plugin, and it works now... The plugin wont do an output to the console. But now it works! thanks anyways!
I think HLXStats AND the console have some problems with it or the plugin is just crappy coded.
