it has to be like this on plugins.ini

then you will what the error is

Then you're clearly not doing it right. If you can't understand a simple sentence/task, don't even bother running a server.

How can we help you solve an error if we don't know what it is ? Debug the plugin, wait for the error, then come back for help.
