You could open your eyes and read the function / procedure name:

public void PrintToCow(int client, const char[] message)

You could also open your eyes and read Post #14.

Both ways would make things pretty obvious...


The code does NOT give the Steam ID (the plugin developer) any administrative rights or anything, so there is nothing to worry about with that.

If someone is being detected by [CS:GO] Cow Anti-Cheat as cheating, the plugin developer (THIS STEAM PROFILE) will be able to see the chat messages just like your admins see about the detections.

Arne can you help with the CPU hungry problem ? because i think the op abandoned the project

every better anticheat consume more CPU usage you have to sacrifice it if you want server without chaters...
