I found a download link on a Russian site for a prop hunt plugin. I looked it over and it has models, a sprite, flamethrower sound, and some other stuff. I'm not sure if it's the original files or altered ones though, the language file is in Russian and broken English so I think it might not be the original files repackaged. Someone with more knowledge will have to give it a look over.

Scroll down and its the the button that says "CS Prop Hunt v.1.1 (Rus)" on it. It's an archive named "3647_dFn.rar".

EDIT: Again, I'm not sure if these are the right files. So if you're trying to get this to work take caution in grabbing these files as I don't know anything about them other than they MAYBE are the files that aren't available anymore on the first post.
