I dont think you need to worry about those errors.
That was the way metamod P by Hullu acted and now it seems that also the official metamod 1.18 do that too.

I use the latest metamod-p and don't have these same errors. I've also used the latest metamod and didn't receive those errors.

Edit: Okay, I do get those errors but only when I restart the server, not on map change.

i also recieve these errors in the logs, using mm p 26, but it doesn't seem to affect anything so i never worried about it
