Edit : I think that has a problem because even with the option l4d_takeover_autoincap "0" menu appear when you are incap.
Get incap :
[DEBUG] PlayerDelayedChoosingPanel 5.000000
MENU POP

Hmm... could be true. I'll do an upload soon, which should fix it. I'm guessing you did not receive any DEBUG messages using the vanilla version?

Uploaded an update (v0.6).

This hopefully fixes these issues, in addition to few other things I came across:

I just want players take over bots only in final maps... can you make a cvar for that please?

This sounds like a great plugin. The takeover at any time is a great touch I found missing from the original.
