not, i think the same, and when i check i see everthing is fine....
in sourceban log says i cant connect to database on ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but this is no reason for the error is?

Hey there. I had the same problem but it's easy to fix.
Try this if you havent done that.
1. Copy the IP you get from sourcebans.log
2. Go to your Website Controll Panel
3. Fiend Remot MySQL
4. Put your IP in the box and click Add Host

If your not sure what IP im talking about I will mark it for you

Ok, soo thanks 4 ur help, when i get in my home i will see what is happening and if i need i contact u, but is strange my Sourcebans getting out of contact with my MySQL o.O maybe my host service blocked it T.T. . .

They look like warnings only so unless something isn't working i wouldn't worry about it.

Unfortunately warnings are still an error type as far as PHP is concerned, which means he still gets an ugly "error message" on the webpage.

You're right, not necessarily something to worry about, but it sticks out to people using the page like a sore thumb.

For the most part i have php error reporting off on the visibility end of things. But i also have access to my apache error logs...

I updated init.php I don't see those errors at all.
