So i have little map and then i compile it (F9) and join to game bots spawns to the spawn points and they getting auto kicked from the server and then they join again gets kicked joins again... until round starts(after warmup or freeze time before the round)

CONSOLE WRITE;S THAT THE PLAYERS(BOTS) SPAWNS NOT IN THE BUY ZONE, BUT IN MY MAP I DONT HAVE ANY BUY ZONE.

I don't have experience with that game but I don't think this is a map problem...
Anyway, if the console prints that you must create a buy zone you must do it. In 1.6 mapping the texture used for this is called "aaatrigger". Create a box in a simple map before putting that in your map and than do "func_buyzone", you can make it to be used only by CT's, only by T or both of them, just make sure you put all spawn points inside of it.


PS: I guess it's with orange color in your texture pack
