Usage:

• sm_b_knife - exec cstrike/cfg/cwmod/cwknife.cfg, 3 roundrestarts - 1 sec, last rr 3 sek, starting knife round
• sm_b_live - exec cstrike/cfg/cwmod/cwlive.cfg, 3 roundrestarts - 1 sec, last rr 3 sek, starting live round
• sm_b_tv - exec cstrike/cfg/cwmod/tv.cfg restart level (for turning on Source TV)
• sm_b_config - exec cstrike/cfg/cwmod/cwstandart.cfg
  
• cwmenu - General admin Menu...

Works perfect.

Could you implement a plugin that chechk for rates?

For example the legal valluse for "rate" on the server is between 25000 and 30000 and if the plugin sees that the valuses higher or lower it could print a message(what everybody can see in chat area) like this:
"<Player name> Uses rate<value>, this is illegeal. Set it between 25000-30000"

And the same could go to cl_updaterat, and cl_cmdrate.

Zblock works for css but the rate checker for SM is broken. Theres a meta mod version that works fine.
