hlds Error message when starting

The Error is, "Mod_NumForName: sprites/wall_puff4.spr not found"

Any help? I know that the sprite is in the correct folder.

Are you sure that it is in your hlds' sprites folder, and not your account's sprites folder ?

Default. I haven't touched it.

Run hldsupdatetool with -verify_all
That will check wether you have the files you need or not.

The file may be corrupted, so you will need to download it again.
Or if you are using linux, you may need to change the user right of that file and/or sprites directory.

I also found the problem in this site http://www.slackiller.com/tommy14/errors.htm#modnum
But i kinda doubt it's because of capitals, because windows isn't case sensitive.

Start -> Run -> type 'cmd'
In the console, you find your hlds dir, where the hldsupdatetool is located, and type:
hldsupdatetool.exe -game cstrike -dir . -verify_all

Make sure the server isn't running while you do it.
Also, I'm not sure that it is the right command, I'm at work at the moment, so I can't really tell you exactly how to do it. But I think this is the way to do it.
