You can get a hlds server it will not lagg than i got an hlds server and it doesnt lagg whem i had dedicated it lagged very much

It's what server rental hosts use when they rent you a game server.

It's what you should be using if you are playing on the same computer you are running the server on, either that or a listen server not a dedicated server thru steam tools.

Oh okay, thanks, but I started downloading the "Hlds Update Tool" but it said, "Not a valid win32 application." Does that mean I can not use it?
