It's the developers youtube channels. They make regular videos on how to play new champions and other cool stuff (The most active of them is the last one).

Have you ever tried LoL? Not as many trolls and tards there blame others. There is alot in LoL also, but in HoN, it's just SO many. It's unbeliveable.

The design of the game appeals to newer players anyway, so maybe that could be it? HoN is just so hard to be good at.
