Is there a csgo setting that will make the map change after time limit is reached?

For "change maps every 12 minutes" behavior I've used these in the past:

mp_maxrounds 0
mp_timelimit 12

That relies on regular round endings though. If your server is one continuous round (surf, kz, etc.) you need a plugin to do it, I believe.
