You can find ready servers online and believe me no one will make 20 servers just for 120 USD,sometimes they want 120 USD just for 1 server!

I think most of the plugins and ideas are published here and if someone wants to make a plugin it is hard to find a unique idea so I don't think you need a coder at all.
