By posting only 1 out of (typically, at least 10+) lines involved in error logs, then no, no one will be able to help you that way.

Post the whole error log at the timestamp of the issue, and put the error log within [CODE][/CODE] tags on the forums.

Was wondering if anyone else is having an issue where, when you restart your server, your server starts with an empty map field?

For example, on the server browser (or in a web browser querying the server) the area that shows what map the server is on is completely empty.

I can confirm that it only happens when I use this plugin and it's dependencies. If I remove the stickers plugin and restart, map shows fine. Even with the plugin, I can change the map once and it works fine from there, it just shows up empty on initial startup. Not game breaking but just annoying. I've seen other servers with this sticker plugin have the same issues.

I don't have this problem on my servers and the plugin doesn't have any functionality that could cause this issue. Try to disable server hibernation.

Please post a list of plugins and extensions on your server.
