Please can someone make a simple plugin that will let me add a flag to the commands !votemute and !votegag. Votemute and votegag are not in the game by default so they will need to be in a plugin. I have tried this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=647806 but it randomly gags people in the server even if they have never been votegaged and the owner is not replying and hasent for sometime. So im looking for a simple plugin that will add !votemute to stop people in voice and !votegag to stop people in chat. I do not want these commands to be public because they are donator commands so i would like to add them to the "o" flag. Any help is much appreciated.

Those are both global ones, I want one that only a person with the flag "o" can use the commands. And i only need votegag and votemute.
