i want to add new item to menu admin , but i don't know what to do

menu.AddItem("test", "test", ITEMDRAW_DISABLED);

how ? (i don't like to use custom menu admin)

i want to select message in db and shoe in admin menu , i only need to know how to add new item in admin menu
