I got a question Can I do that if a player is afk and u knife/kill him you won't get points ( like in source ? )

From changelog with 2.11

Added new cvar gg_afk_protection (default 0). If enabled, players can't get points for killing "AFK" players (players who haven't done anything since they spawned). Requested by IdiotSavant.

You could modify and recompile the plugin, but other than that, nope.
