Should I open a new thread?

This seems to be minor and map specific, but it's in the error log and maybe it helps preventing other errors:

I made it into a new thread for you!

Try this out for me please. It should fix those runtime errors, and it also fixes a bug where the "friendlyfire is on!" message would appear multiple times during teamplay mode.

If gg_cs_host_touch_reward is achieved, no message is announcing it (would be nice, if no bug).

Are you referring to the required kills display, or a chat message? Does the required kills display show up?

Sorry again, it was described improperly. The required kills display shows up, only the chat message does not.

Alright. There currently isn't a chat message set up for it.

but sometimes it refills gun and sometimes not

Maybe you mistake this: If you level up, it doesn't refill (imho it's good this way).
