admin for a month, by a week

I'll be looking into implementing something like this. Reserving a spot to remind me on this post. I was considering doing this if SB 2.0 didn't have it, but due to a release date not announced ~ i'll see if I can incorporate something for 1.4.11.

In the moment i have sourcebans 2.0 but if you can implement in an older version its ok
