Oh, I see. Well, the default of gg_endmap_setup is: "exec server.cfg"

As you can see, your server.cfg has "map de_dust2" in it. So, map end comes, gg_endmap_setup executes, so then server.cfg executes, and it changes map to de_dust2.

yes this is right. But if i change gg_endmap_setup to "exec server.cfg" the
same problem comes, Server crashes on Mapchange and clients must be reconnect to my server.

This is very bad

If gg_endmap_setup is set to "echo hello" then it run very fine.
mapchange does really run and no server crashes at anytime

Must i have to change my server.cfg ? or can i leave gg_endmap_setup to "echo hello" ?

I hope you know what i can do

You can either change your server.cfg or change your gg_endmap_setup (to something trivial like "echo hello", or even completely blank, like "").

I leave it "echo hello"

Now it works very good and no crashes
